Coming together in apparent differences (looks, skin color, eyes, hair), most of the ShareHim evangelists arrived in Iloilo City since last Monday evening, July 6. Others arrived a day or so later. Others came from Korea, while the rest came from Cambodia, Taiwan, Switzerland, Australia, Thailand, and US. Despite the varied and distinct cultural bacground, color and race, all came for one purpose: to share Him whose love for us gives us meaning to live.

"Your role is to translate—don't over do it," Pastor Jemuel Toledanes, CPUC ministerial secretary, reminds the 60 plus translators who came to WVC office last Tuesday, July 7, during the translators' training in preparation for the ShareHim simultaneous evangelistic campaigns. Since the ShareHim speakers came from different countries and speak different languages, the role of the translator comes very significant. To ensure that the message gets home in the hearers' hearts, translators need to be trained the skill.
